In my Flickr account, I have created a step by step illustration of how to bake Barbari at home. Barbari is a delicious and popular Iranian and Azerbaijani bread widely baked in bakeries across Iran and sold fresh out of oven. There is an Afghani version of Barbari too. Following these illustrated instructions, you will bake this bread on a pizza stone in your kitchen oven.
You will need nothing more than the basic baking tools for this bread.
